In these days, when you are home, you find that your life and your routine had a big shake.

Perhaps you are working at home in unconventional hours, Perhaps you are taking care of your family, juggling it all.

 

If you are used to working out or dancing. Your regular routine is gone, and it’s not easy to find a way to move and charge yourself, to breath and get centered.

Bellydance is a great way to move, to recharge with joy, to feel lighter, to nurture your mood, soul and body, to feel feminine, to feel sane!!!  

 

You might think to yourself, do I have anny space for dancing? Well, it happens that you don’t need much space for bellydance, we mainly dance on the spot, using our torso, with steps that have small travel range, so you can defiantly dance in your bedroom!

There are some advantages to learning dance online. No judgment or shyness involved…  you can choose to turn your camera off. You can also repeat the class or take it when you are not busy, since you are getting a recording for each class you take.

 

So, Take an hour... just for you!

 

During November 2020 the will be 3 classes a week for different levels. 

The classes are taught via ZOOM.
